Bynta Ernest is a Saint Lucian rights-based consultant with extensive experience in gender equality, human rights, and social inclusion across the Caribbean region. She founded Rights-Based Solutions in 2022 to provide quality, rights-centred advisory services to the public, private, and NGO sectors.

Bynta Ernest is a Gender and Human Rights Specialist with over 11 years of experience working at the intersection of public policy, international development, and social impact.
She has led national-level initiatives to mainstream gender across the public sector in Saint Lucia and has worked with international partners including UNCCD, USAID, and regional organisations.
